The Westside is rebuilding itself on its own terms.
Westside Development Group is a community-based developer contributing to the restoration of Las Vegas’s Historic Westside neighborhood. We build homes for families to own, especially those who’ve been priced out of buying in this city.
The goal is peace of mind. A home a family can grow with, in a neighborhood where they know their neighbors, within walking distance of the places they go every day.
We collaborate with the neighborhood’s residents, landowners, churches, and advocates to make sure what gets built actually works for the community.
Why the Historic Westside?
For decades, redlining kept Black families in Las Vegas inside the Westside. So folks built a neighborhood that thrived on its own. When those restrictions lifted, families and businesses were free to move, and many did. The core of the neighborhood thinned out. We have roots here, and we’re rebuilding what made it work.
What we build.
Single-family homes, townhomes and small buildings of two or more homes, on empty and underused lots across the neighborhood. The kind of housing that used to be common throughout the Westside, built for people to own and stay in for years.
